Below is the program that calculates the volume of a prism in 2,3,4,5 and 10 dimensions. The results are shown below. For 10 dimensions a calculation with length=1 is very difficult unless we use a lot of random points.
This is the companion site for the advance course of Computational Physics using the FORTRAN 77 programming language. Although lacking the object-oriented capabilities of C++ and other modern languages FORTRAN has been the standard programming language of physicists for years.
